Finally got some pics of the completed conversion.

The rear bumper had to be fabricated due to the fact that the one that was on the body was pretty twisted.
The whole thing took a little longer than I expected because I did a 4 wheel brake job.
Front rotors, calipers, rubber lines. Rear shoes, hardware kits, drums, seals, 4 shocks.
Also fabricated a minute mount style plow for the front out of a bunch of stuff.
Now I can pull 2 pins and disconnect blade only, or pull 4 pins and a couple of plugs and leave whole setup.

Thanks for all the compliments.
Think about this: How many trucks with 170k miles on them would you feel comfortable doing something like this to?
And now it's a real work truck.
Only a truck with a Cummins.
Proven in the field every day by myself and many others.

Question- did you happen to try putting the dually wheels directly onto the rear axle without using the adapters? I know you need the extra width for a service body, but I am thinking of going dually when I build my rear body, and would like to keep it a little narrower. I know a couple 1st gen guys were able to bolt dually wheels directly on the axle without spacers, and they did clear the springs. How about the brake drums? Would the wheels clear the SRW drums?
By the way, great looking truck!
