Been a hectic week trying to get plans done and please plans examiners. Hopefully this week will go better - - anxious to get this project
up and running. Tenant will jump from 4300 sf to 11,400 of occupancy. Business is booming for him.

Scotty, how nice to see you here again. Hope that as soon as this week that you can be at the Mayo. Where is this clinic located? Will your wife go with you? How will you get there? Keep us updated on what is happening - or not happening.

Never figured that the dragon would molt. Funny! So it's a 'she'? Had better not ask how you figured this out.

Been running down here and getting stuff done before the rains start. Have wooden window frames to re-varnish, a leaky earth dam to seal, make at least one retaining wall to reclaim soil in a rain washout area plus lots more. Traditionally we start to get short, but heavy storms around mid April. On Saturday buried some storm water drain pipes across the entrance to my country property. The photo shows the 3 drain pipes on my truck. Had to hire a backhoe for this job. The guy was good and we finished in about 2 hours.

 

Hey Stan -- in your spare time could you come over and clean the leaves out of my gutter. Oh yeh, I have 110 bags of mulch to distribute also. YEH.

Sorry Bob, can't make it for tomorrow, or the next day. In any case it is about a 3 day drive to go from my house to yours, roughly 2,000 miles. That "roof" in the background ain't no roof. That abomination is an eyesore and an irritant to the neighbors. A few years ago those guys installed that abomination as a sort of additional security fence and last year a strong wind blew part of it down, as you can see. In spite of complaints they have not fixed it, but hopefully will do so soon.

 

A cool frosty morning, then a nice sun shiny day. Meeting a plumber this morning to check out my water heater issue. It stinks like Yellowstone on a very bad day. It's 15 yeas old and needs to be replaced anyway. Thinking of going with a tankless (aka on demand) type. Being just the two of us in a small house I don't see the need of keeping 50 gallons of water hot all the time.

Packing up son and family to head out early in the morning to catch their plane in Tampa. Been so much fun - - wow, those twins are
growing up way too fast. And Ianna, the 9 yo that had leukemia is looking fantastic and very energetic. Sure a relief. Their plane for some
reason will head to Minneapolis - - they were slated for heavy snow today - - hope that does not mess up flight schedules. Have had so much
fun with them - - Seattle is just too far away from here.

Tomorrow will be a busy catch up day so may not make it in - - will try. If someone had some neat ph00 ready, I bet I could make it. …….

Good morning from Paradise. Been unusually warm down here lately, but with our normally very low humidity it is still very pleasant.

OK BusyBob, as requested, here is some neat ph00. Not exactly sure what what ingredient makes it 'neat' but here it is. Drink up and enjoy. Left a bowl of my wife's home made guacamole in the fridge and some totopos on the counter to go with them.

Staying home today and working. Lately been heading out early in the morning and coming back around sunset. When I leave early and come back late it means that I am always driving directly into the rising or setting sun on very curvy mountain roads. This makes me very much appreciate the double sun visors that I installed on my truck a few years ago. Now I can put a sun visor to my left and one in front of me and not need to be constantly moving them every minute as the sun changes from being in front to the side.

Guys and gals, remember, Scotty needs your prayers.

Hi to all - - hope all is well and not as busy as I am. So help me I am going to retire someday when I get a bit older. LOL

Note from Scotty yesterday - - has heard from Mayo Clinic and a date being worked on for admission. Stan is right - - please keep him
in your prayers - - he really needs our support and God's help right now.
