I called Boots and he made a drive thru at The Ranch for me. He said everything was still standing and all fences were in tact.

He also said that the rain gage at Danny's, about a mile from me, showed a little over 3 1/2 inches of rain and 60 MPH winds.

Now maybe Robert will get a little more water in Lake Lavon and be able to wash his truck.

I have a feeling it still wasn't enough! I will be watching the newspaper Thursday for sure to see if the new readings have "officially" broken this drought!

Yall should see college station. It got torn up BAD. Fences down one road are either blown over or they look like they exploded. Trees are completely uprooted or broke in half. And we didn't have a tornado. I guess it was worse in college station than bryan last night cause I was in bryan last night laughing at the little measly storm that blew through.

Talked to my boss today and I'm not gonna be able to make this meet. We start working weekends that week so there's no way I can swing it. Oh well. Such as life.

I recommend an 80w-140 for anyone towing heavy.... or playing hard. Actually... for anyone, period....running a high torque diesel in Southern climates.

I also prefer Synthetics.

Ya would be nice for the rear... The front doesn't see much stress so I really see no point up there...

Maybe change the fluid while doing your clutches with Dan??

That's what I'm thinking.

Robert should bracket race his truck, it's so dang consistent with the Smarty!

I'm afraid to go out to the shop and peel that pallet of 16ga off of the '98's grill.

Those bars are watertight, baby... ASME welds stem to stern and wash-down grease on the heim threads for a hermetic seal!

Do we need to reserve a camping/RV spot? I guess Robert's bringing the WW... although it probably won't matter - we're likely to spend half the night repairing the carnage on someone's truck from Friday night's Ram-page at the track!
