But this check was drawn on CHASE! You would think they would have some sort of internal way to verify their own check.

A friend was called in on fraud check.. He asked the teller how she knew there might be a problem... " She said that was the third time today she had cashed a check for him from the same account..."

It's not that we can't verify our own checks, it's that our customers can't verify them and our tellers are too lazy to use the systems we give them to verify the checks. There should be a number on the cashiers check that you can call to verify the funds...(oh the irony, we just had a client with a cashiers check that was fraud..it had an 800 number to call and verify...the 800 number was a hoax... )

So, Rowland's going to be there when the gates open at 6... what time are you heading up, Brian?

Evan & I will leave in time to get there ~ 5:30 (so we'll make it by 6! ) I wish there were 25 hours in a day...

Aww. Welcome to my life when I come up there once a month. Think of how far of a drive it would be for me to come up there. I'm thinking around 6 hours. Anyways, it's bedtime.

Brian, where are you coming from?
It's only 100 miles for us...

Thanks for reminding me to bring the blue hose - it's the same stuff we use for Raytheon.
I'll just make a note to load it on the truck.... ( Yo EVAN!)

BTW - what's up with your leaky injector lines?

The '05 was marking it's territory tonight, too... installed the BlowOut Eliminator kit at the shop today and it's working a bit TOO well!

Coming from home bout 90 miles south of Dallas... Long drive

Dunno on the injector lines, at first I thought they were just loose but they are tight as all get out... Of course to get to these I have to remove the air horn.. Anybody have a 19mm crows foot??
