I saw hundreds of dimples on the front of the WW last night... don't remember seeing them before?

Not too deep - just looks like a huge deformed golf ball in tow!

... OMG - your toyhauler has Cellulite!

lol was towing about 6 or 7k light, but still no reason for 65psi with a trailer!!

I'm guessing you mean cold pipe, yes it is larger the outlet of the S400 is also much larger than the S300...

It's interesting to see the two systems side by side.... with Brian's smaller secondary hot pipe (hx-35) going to a bigger (than mine) turbine on his bottom S400.

His cold pipe comes off primary and flairs quickly to 4".... mine comes off primary with a 3" pipe and flares at very end to 4" to fit inlet on secondary.

Both seem to work equally well...just different designs. His lower primary boost #'s are a function of a bigger bottom turbo!

Would love to compare air temp on each at secondary inlet and secondary outlet... since he works bottom turbo less hard and top turbo harder than do I. With our almost identical systems...would be interesting. Only big variable is different engine compression ratios.

Ya I would like to see temps as well, would be a cool test. I would imagine that my Primary discharge would be cooler than yours but my secondary discharge would be much warmer...

How do you get a ticket for too many lights? I was a state inspector for a while and never heard of any such crud in my classes? Only yellow/amber white color lights on fnt and Red and white color lights on rear. (NO BLUE what so ever) Thats it.

Which is only one that matters....right? (total system discharge to the intercooler!)
So I disagree! Based on our WOT EGT test, where we were very close, I would think input to the intercooler (output of the secondary) would have to be close also...no?

But I think I know what you thought you said

sure I thought I did! I was approx 50* cooler on our 'tests' that dreadful day. However you are running approx 50 more horses than I am and that could easily account for 50 degrees no? (not to mention thermocouple differences and gauge differences)

I'm interested to see what the temps truly are, need to get my 55psi -65psi tests done as well.... Worked really nice having the gf in the truck to take readings down

Just got it in the mail yesterday. I'm gonna try and install it today. First thing I gotta do though is take care of some business with my chapter. Apparently my guys pushed the limits to far and got our thread locked down.
