Yeah, she was fine. Boy did it get warm though, I had to drive with my little toe nail to get it back. I made me a nice little boost leak detector and WOW. Soapy water bubbles everywhere!!! First boot off the turbo was the worst. Right at the first clamp and at about 15psi, there a nice breeze coming out. The two intercooler boots are "ok", they are seeping at the clamps, but not bad bad. The one on the passenger side does have a gash in it from the fender, and I thought it was leaking, but actually it's fine. The other leak is the boot at the air horn. Has a small hole right behind the wire in the center of the hose.

Should be ok now as a fellow puller happened to have a set of silicon hoses for it. That'll fix it.

I'm thinking your ability to turn right without turning the wheel and Dodge not coming with a rear steer option might explain that...

I just talked to PM, things are not going well as he is thinking of selling the truck. You know its never good at that point. PM said about berryville but is still unsure about tomorrow but said he most likely will not be pulling and letting the dealer deal with the driveshaft. Satburn, any plans for tomorrow sicne things are back together? I'd hate to invite ya all the way back down here only to have it happen again.

That stinks. I didn't grab a hold of the yoke to see if it felt funny. I just thought he busted the ears off, which was a result of bending his drivers side traction bar, I'm sure that put the drive shaft in a nasty bind. I don't have plans as of yet, got a buddy coming over in a few and we're going to do a little drinkin and wrenchin tonight. I've got a fresh can of brake cleaner and the big can of Aqua Net. I might come down now that I have tarnished my reputation in southern Missouri...

Who's putting on the Aurora one? Cost to hook? If it's sanctioned do you have to be a member? Any weird stuff like air shut offs, fire suit, helmet, etc?

Ummm Spring River Sled is going to be the ones there from what I remember. I don't think the cost of hook is much different than Billings, as it is a small town pull. You would know more about the spring river pulling assc. than I but I will look into it.

I knew that it was their sled, but didn't know if they were just "renting it out" for the evening. I've never hooked with spring river before. If it's a brush pull that's fine, the only thing I'm a little iffy on is the 2-1/2 hour drive back and working at 7:00 a.m. the next day. Not to mention if I break...

If you got a trailer bring it, I got nothing going tuesday and will haul ya back if need be and if not you can haul it back as a safety precaution lol. It should just be a brush pull. I was told they are running a diesel class along with alot of other classes. Either way, let me know. Do you have the link for spring rivers' sled?

i've had a guy for a while bugging me wanting to buy my truck so i finally priced it to high so he'd quit irritating me about it.come to find out i didn't go high enough i don't think. his banker is goin in front of commitee tuesday and will let him know by the afternoon. then it'll be on it's way to Utah. oh well though that means i get to start over and make another one. all it did was broke the ears off the yolk, i finally decided to go look. the guy that came up with me said he heard a pop from take off to break. so i may have a missing tooth on a ring gear or pinion. but if it sells my feelings won't be hurt i don't guess, as long as i got something together for harrison's truck pull is all that matters.

When is the pull at Harrison? Why I told you I'd give you a dollar for it. The way you acted there for a minute I thought I might get it.

I finally got through to someone at the pull in Aurora, and they said yes they were haveing the diesel trucks and they were starting to pull right then. I didn't try to make it from Springfield to Aurora in 15min. That was at 3:30pm. The pulls started at 1pm and who would of thought the diesels would pull 2 1/2hrs later. They also told me they had two tracks going.
