i have an 03 2500 crew cab with a cummins. im in wisconsin, and its cold. i was driving last night, and my truck started revving erratically and then it stalled out, and wouldnt start. i had it towed to the hotel im staying at. everyone around here thinks it was gelled fuel. i got some diesel 911 and put it in my fuel filter and my tank. but the fuel in my filter wasnt gelled. then, it fired right up. i let it idle for about an hour, and went to take it for a spin, and it wont rev over 1500 rpms. and it bogs and studders. i dont have an engine light, but i have a code p0700. could it be the speed sensor? or anyone have any ideas? i need this fixed asap. its supposed to be above 0 tomorrow, so i would like to be able to take care of it then. thanks.

Could be in limp mode i am not sure but hopefully someone will chime in with more helpfull info.
