Truck spitting fuel out bottom

Why would a 1991 dodge be spitting fuel out the bottom of a pin hole? would it be because there's too much boost?

Where is this pine hole? Just a general area of the truck is fine if you don't know the name of the part.

It wouldn't have anything to do with boost.
