radiator drain plug

I am in the process of draining and refilling my antifreeze when the plastic drain plug came out. It's threaded with a pressure clip thing on the end of it. I can see the other end of it, the part it threads into, in the bottom of the rad. Any suggestion on how to get that piece out or how to replug the hole.

thanks

With a lot of luck, a paper clip, some needle nose and a beer I manager to rethread the anchor (part stuck inside the rad) on to the plug backwards and pull the thing out. I reinstalled it and it works fine now. What a nightmare! I think I loosened it to much originally, for the threads to bite on the anchor. Pretty hoky setup, but happy to be back in action.

cheers
