Re:Need help ASAP

I'm a 12v'er but, I think I have heard some over-valvers mention hearing the pump when you turn key ON?? Did it sputter before it quit? This is the extent of my 24 knowledge ??? And it could be WRONG :-X

Most likely the lift pump or the VP44 (injection pump).... Hopefully, not the inection pump as they are big $$! :'( :'(

Re:Need help ASAP

Couple ideas before the "experienced" guys wake up this morning and catch up here. Maybe crack an injector and try turning it over to see if fuel is pumping. Don't forget to protect yourself from the high pressure spray. If your getting fuel, then it's probably electronic.

Re:Need help ASAP

"should be" is the correct word...im assuming you didnt splice any wires? if u did your gonna pay! even if u have an EZ i would disconnect it and remove it..dont give em a reason to deny you..bosch actually inspects the pumps when dodge sends em back and if they find anything they deny the warranty cost i was told..
