what line do i put the Trans.. temp sender probe in there are two lines that go to the trans and how do i know what one to put it in

The 'HOT' one is the one that goes from the driver's side of the tranny to the tranny heat exchanger on the passenger's side near the rear of the block. (looks like a black cylinder with two lines threaded into the underside.

It is the front line on the left side of the transmission.
