my truck won't shut off

91 Dodge CTD

It won't shut off with the key.I tried unplugging two solenoids under the injection pump,no luck.I had to choke the supply line to the pump.

What is the fix?thanks.

It could be the fuel shutoff solenoid , about 3/4" by about 1 1/4 " screws into the fuel distributor/pump , one wire connects to it , should have power with ing. on and no power ing. off , if not may be ing. sw. , if it does have no power when you turn ing. off , and the truck still runs , the valve or spring may be bad or stuck , sometimes letting run for a moment with the valve/spring/solenoid out , may flush out , make sure to save spring and the valve before .
