Fuel leak on injector pump 92 Dodge

I have a fuel leak that appears to be coming from the fitting on the top, front, inside. It has a small tube that runs to the drivers side of the fuel pump about midway. What appears to be a nut has two flat sides. I've looked in the shop manual and cannot find it. It has made the engine very hard to start in the morning.

Any recommendations for repair shop in the Pensacola Florida?

Thanks,
Mike
