i had a hunch my old factory LP was shot.. it didn't ever die, but it had 150K miles on it, i decided i was pushing my luck

i went to the cummins dealer and bought a campaign pump.

truck has never had a problem

i checked my FP via the schrader valve on the IP. it's at a steady 10PSI when idling, but with the truck parked (no load) i can rev it up and drop the PSI to about 2.

motor is stock except a edge box.. any ideas??? i'm heading on a 700 mile round trip sunday night...

 

Hows your fuel filter?

Might try another gauge also, they're not infallible.
