Does anyone know the correct cummins part number for the bell crank that connects to the throttle cable. I purchased a new throttle cable from Dodge and the bell crank does not fit I have a 96 DC

 

Do you know if your truck already had the recall done to it? There was a recall on the throttle cables for the earlier 2nd Gen Rams. I don't know the years exactly, but mine's a 94 and it had already been done by the previous owner. Something to check into.

 

Take the cable back and exchange it for the recall kit, it includes the bell crank. Either that or have the recall done, I'm sure your truck is eligible for it.
