yeah.. i never turn my rotors .. unless they are scored severly.. my problem is wearing the rotors out before the pads..

Sounds like you are using "lifetime pads" that are too hard for the rotor. I personally prefer to use a pad that makes dust and wears out faster than replace rotors.
