1st Gen Electrical Emergency.
Today At School My Power Locks Wouldnt Work. I Went To Lunch And Went To Park At The Store, Applied The Parking Brake And Sparks Shot At My Feet And Smoke Filled The Cab From The Left Side Of The Cabin. The Abs Light And The Parking Brake Light Are On While Driving Down The Road. The Windows And Locks Are Intermintly Working And There Is No Sign Of Wirring Issues. All The Fuses Are Also Good. What Happened??? Im Pulkling The Dash Out Right Now. Please Help Me.

I bet the wiring harness near the parking brake ratchet got chafed and worn through. It's happened to a few guys. Pull the pedal assembly off the kick panel area and get a good look at the wiring harness.

OK the only way the trailer brake controller would effect your lights is a direct short between the two circuits.
basically somewhere, the wires have crossed and its causing the problems.
The headlight switch is a good place to start tracing the wiring harness back until you find the short.
Look for brittle wires, burnt areas and bare wires.
Try disconnecting the trailer brake controller completely and see what that does also.
My guess from what you are describing is that you have a crossed wire somewhere in or near the fuse block.
The door locks are a separate circuit from the lights and so should be the trailer brake controller.
The only place off the top of my head I can think of those circuits coming together is at the fuse block.
