transmission ?

i no that the 94-95 dodge truck has a 47rh what transmission came in the 90-93 style.also on a 94 dodge ram 2500 front diff what side is the pumpkin on if you are looking at the truck from the front.

Intercooled trucks had the 46RH aka 518. Same as a 47RH but the converter does not lock. Non-intercooled trucks had a 727 (no OD or lockup converter).

Diff is on the driver side, opposite a 1st gen.

I would imagine not if the pumpkins are opposite.

Yes the NP205 from a first gen will bolt right up to a 47RH tail housing, in fact the A518 and 47RH use the same rear housing. The only thing you need to do is pull the seal out of the rear housing and use RTV to seal the flange.

Sorry I misread the question. Yes it will bolt up, would it be usable in a 2nd gen truck...probably not, unless you can rig up some sort of crossover driveshaft to the front diff!
