I personally think any heavy smoke more than a good puff is a road hazzard. but i also am aware some cops are jerks about everything too.

Road hazards are reserved for the elderly driving motor homes ..

If I was intentionally "smoking people out" at every stop light I can see how something of this magnitude would be in order. But passing a log truck that was doing 15mph under the speed limit? Lame .. yes there are plenty of great cops out there, I just wish the guy who pulled me over was reading these boards I guess .. unfortunately we all know he doesn't have the time or the desire to show up in court when I protest the ticket, and thus will continue to give guys a hard time who really don't deserve it ...

Well if he doesn't show up to court the ticket should be dropped, Thats the way it is in Nebraska anyway
