my 12 valve build!
Well, I got engaged back in december. Figured things would be alot easier without the monthly payment of my 3rd gen so i sold it to a guy on another site up in Pennsylvania
this is the truck last october right before i won the Quick Diesel class at the NADM Texas Round-Up.
So after selling " The Bus " I putted around in my f150 work truck until i found my 12v on craigslist.
1998 QCLB 2wd Fully loaded with 237k miles for sale by original owner.
So my father loaded up and went to take a look at it. It wasnt in bad shape, just little things one would expect out of a 12 year old truck. Cracked Dash, owner had a big ol pipe in his mouth when we showed up and the headliner was black from smoke. tires were shot and thats about it.
So i drove it like that for a few weeks until i pulled it into the shopped and decided to turn it into the truck i couldnt find. A 2wd SHORT bed quad cab 12v.
whole process from the first cut to getting painted took a few weeks. not too bad at all. im very happy with the truck! probably my favorite dodge so far!

my wedding this weekend.
the truck was shortened and lowered 3.5 inches in the rear. put a roll pan from lmc on it. headlights grille and taillights all came off of ebay. ( i will never buy cheap ebay lights again after these) I also updated the head unit and door speakers with Alpine products. and added two JL subs on an Alpine Amp.
I havnt had a chance to redo the carpet. but the headliner cleaned up nice and the factory leather is still in great shape.
after driving a 730 hp CR, i definately need to do some pump work on this thing.
