Good read about DTT Transmission
The BBB can't do much for you since all they do is report how good, or bad, a business is based on compliments or complaints.
Your best option would be to contact the Consumer Affairs Department within the Office of the Attorney General of the state where DTT operates from, and register a complaint there. If you have paperwork stating you have a 3 year warranty and DTT refuses to honor it, the State Attorney General can pull their business license and shut them down.
Once that happens, the report you file with the BBB has some meat and potatoes to it ..... just make sure not to sign a non-disclosure agreement if you end up settling it.
