Looks pretty cool. I've been thinking of doing that to an S10. Guys on that forum said it was a 6BT but that looks like the 4BT to me. I only see 4 valve covers.

Ive thought it would be cool to do that but instead put a 6bt or a 4bt into an early 90's model Dakota.
A Mini-First Gen!!! =D

Concept is good. I'd vote no on the S10. S10's always struck me as "the perfect storm" of bad parts and ideas. Owned 85 model 4WD W/O the drivetrain to handle a 350 swap and a 98 Sonoma. Both those trucks were "BT" alright...not diesel, Basic Transportation.

Now that would be a fun toy (no pun intended).

I'm thinking like an early 80's FJ60. That would be something! Or a 70's FJ40 with a 4bt to match!

I had an S10 Blazer for awhile with a 350 in it. Man that thing would fly, good sleeper too because it was just primer and looked like a beater. Not as much fun as my Cummins though. I would like a Typhoon or a Syclone though those are pretty neat.
