Things too cheap are often scams on Craigslist. But you never know, just use caution.

i knew when i posted this that would be the major replys. if you look there is always a bargin some place, i used to go to auctions and buy heavy equip. and for fun i would put one on the lot for a cheap price, lookers would all say there must be something wrong with it 90% of the time it would not sell, then i would double the price and within a few weeks it would sell.
It is just a piece of steel, what it is what it is,could care less if it had 20 owners or one it wont change the machine. Now with internet dig cam.lots of pic and copy of title makes it easy.

BEWARE OF SCAMS! I found myself emailing a scammer many times when i find these "too good to be true" deals. If your suspicious, copy and paste the VIN, or some other key words in their description and search it in google.... you'll find the exact same add in all the major cities on craigslist.

IF THEY SAY THEY WILL SHIP FOR FREE, AND THE TRUCK IS NOT WHERE THEY ARE: IT'S A SCAM!!! Now that I said that, I just realized I'm selling my 89 from Maine while it's in Charleston...eh

Just bought a 1992 regular cab dually with the 12V CUMMINS, auto, LOADED with only 167-k miles for 2850.00! Runs and drives perfect, but right rear dually fender is broken. Trying to find a replacement and will be on craigslist or ebay in the next few weeks! A NO RUST TEXAS TRUCK! Talken about hard too find!

And I just watched a 92 extended cab dually 2wd with a new rearend and new 5sp sell at auction for $3100. I was the second bidder. Should have hit it one more time but I had just bought a 94 srw 2wd auto 2 cars before and the wallet was a little lite.....

The Dually had 225K miles and in good shape except the tailgate and bed floor. Too cheap?
