When I first got my truck, I was paying $1.80 a gallon in Southern California. Soon after moved to Eastern Iowa, and was paying $1.60 a gallon. Left Iowa to come back to CA 4 months later, and it was up to $2.20/gal when I left there. When I got back to CA it was about $2.30-$2.50/gal.

Put $20 in the tank today, paid $2.79/gal, which came to about 7.18 gal.

Least $2.79/gal is better than say... 6 months ago/beginning of summer when it was up to about $3.40/gal here.

 

The market needs to correct to where #2 is less than unleaded again...

 

I paid 2.36 here on Tuesday.

Regular - $2.07
Premium - $2.27
Diesel - $2.25

Shell on Rt. 1

Right on bud. I'll even settle for a dime under gas. Shoot, maybe even a nickel.

40 cents higher than unleaded, I think these prices are here to stay

 

$2.53 and $2.59 here in North Iowa the prices should be at least $0.10 lower than gas as it still cost less to make.

 

2.69 a gallon for # 1 diesel here

Gas was $0.769

 

FWIW....

$0.89/L Canadian = $3.38/(Gallon Canadian Dollars) or $2.98/Galllon in greenbacks

 

$2.59 here in Va suburbs (45 cetane)
$2.31 in Opal Virginia (40 cetane)

 

just went up to 2.85 this afternoon here.It was 2.72 for a while. Takes 3 months to drop a nickle and a minute to go up 13 cents. Still wouldnt trade her for a gasser,my gmc envoy is a gas sucking pig.

 

Still $2.45 here for #2

 

i paid 2.28 for #2 for walmart w/giftcard(i saved 3 cents). unleaded was 2.17(i think).
