Hey guys, I have recently purchesed a 1998 chevy z71 ext cab. I was wondering how much it would cost me to do a complete 12 valve conversion? Please help

 

you essentially need a new engine, tranny, drive shafts, rear end, and anything else that cant handle the torque, also you need a new fuel system. one more thing to think about would be, is your front suspension beefed up enough to handle the extra weight. if you got all the parts cheap from a wreck or something, paying somebody to do it for you will probably be anywhere between 3-5 grand. hope this helps

 

If you want to go intercooled you will also need to make modifications to your core support
