cummings engine swap

hi everyone i have a 1976 dodge b300 1 ton mini motorhome that i am thinking of changing the 360 to a 12v cumming does anyone have any suggestions on how to do this thanks troy

I would junk the Cummings and go for the much better Cummins motor instead

Probably the easiest would be to find a complete wrecked or rusted out D250/D350 ( depending on if yours is single or dual rear wheels ) and do a complete swap. You would have to run an Auto, so might as well find one. There will probably be some fitment issues with the engine cover, etc.

Mounts, etc. should be a virtual bolt in though. 89-91 non-intercooled would be the to to fly, no worries about OD trans length and no worries about fitting the intercooler.
