Haha, why does everyone call cummins that? I have seen people on this site and I have talked to people personally that call it cummings. I have nice size badges on the side of my truck can't anyone read?

Probably for the same reason that Spell-Checkers don't recognize "Cummins" and suggest "Cummings" as the correct spelling.

U shure its Cummins? I've seen where the Dodge dealer in Glen Burnie MD paints "Cummings" in huge letters on the windshields.

Yep, theres your 5* Dealership right there.......

Like the salesman who asked if I had heard about the new "Hemi Diesels" that were coming out (when the '03 first came out)

Yeah, Cummings and Cummins. It's as bad as RPM's and RPM. Sheesh, is there something hard about this? I don't mind if someone doesn't know enough to say Cummins, but when they get technical and say RPM's, that does it!

How about "alot" instead of "a lot", or "irregardless" instead of "regardless"... I could go on...

I admit it, I'm guilty, I type RPM's all the time.

Now that I think about it, I'll stop, I promise.

Rotations Per Minute's, hmmmmm.
