Is it a 4x4 or 2x4? What are your 60' times? How are you launching at the line? Need those answers to start with for some opinions.

How loose is your torque converter? Do the RPM's go way up and stay there? A lockup switch may do you a lot of good. 60 foot times would be good for us to know in order to help you though.

Have you tried airing the tires down to around 35 pounds or so for racing? I pull 1.75 to 1.77 with a 15 pound launch and it never tries to break the tires loose until I get over 20 pounds. And I have a 89% converter from DTT.

It has absolutely nothing to do with you 60' time.

7.83 @ 87 on my 12.40 @ 107 passes. I cut consistant 1.6X 60' times on BFG ATs. We'll see how it does tonight on the cheater slicks with some more tuning tricks.

Thanks, and ya your right about the hard work thats gone into this project! Almost gave up on it a couple times during the power glide and TH350 days. It seems to be working great for me these days and i couldnt be happier with it! Still so amazed ive run some 20's with this truck, man wouldnt that be down in the 9's if she had another gear.....
Thanks again
Ryan
