What diameter are you guys using for the pipe from the top turbo to the intercooler? A 3" elbow with extra long 16" legs can be cut to fit?
B-1, B-2 twins.....s362, s475

The b1/s362 has a compressor outlet like the stocker. That has one of those stock cast elbows on it right now.
Will I need two 45* elbows after the cast elbow to get to the intercooler? I hope 3" tube will work, I ordered 3" silicon boots.

We used the stock discharge elbow, coupled to a 4 or 5" long straight piece of pipe, coupled to the stock IC pipe. Depending on the air filter and pipe location, that may or may not work.
Got flanges ordered from race part solutions, and cheap regulators and gauges from princess auto. Those should be in this week.
Waiting to see the flanges before spec'ing out ex. pipe elbows. Airline fittings from greggs are figured out just need to order them.
I might fly to Mac next week and mock up a card board pedastal, Then I can try to build that up here in Chip in the next little while.
Pictures to follow!
Thanks Tate. So, it looks like just a 5" long piece of 3" tube is needed for the intercooler connection if I understand you correctly.
I'm hoping to use my Scotty 2 and neck it up to 5" at the B2. I have a battery on that side that I need to keep for unplugged -20 starts at the Mac airport.

pics of what i've ordered
Pressure gauges are made by Donaldson, the airfilter company. We'll have to see how the POWERFIST! regulator works out. I thought I'd try that small blue in-line regulator too, to see how it works. Wastegate is 40mm PIT. Identical to old tial 40mm. Looks to be just rebadged, not a Chinese copy.
I hope to copy the pedastal. I may be locked into a 3" cold pipe since I ordered a 3 to 4" transition.
Don't know if I'll use the rubber 45 intake elbow but ordered it anyway.

Thats what I did, but it may or may not work out that well for you. If you are trying to keep your Scotty, You will have to get something else figured out. Go to my Shiny Bits thread, Mike posted pics of the installed setup on my truck, you will see what we did.
Steve, what compressor discharge fitting do you have for your S475? I think Tate's is a hose that slides over the compressor outlet/nozzle housing, I can't remember 100% correctly. The S475 that I have has a special fitting like this.

I'm waiting for this one.

My s475 uses a V band with a O-ring:
"Product ID: RPS-COMP-OTL
T6 Turbo Compressor Outlet Flange Details
Our Billet Compressor Outlet flanges come with an o-ring and fit Borg Warner S400 turbos, Precision T6 turbos including the GT42, GT47 and up. The outlets taper design allows you to weld 3" or 3.5" aluminum tubing to it. Clamp sold seperately. Flange has an OD of 4.25". Mild steel now available!!!"
Good deal on the flange at Vulcan I see.
I'm thinking a 3" pipe will fit inside the flange and about a 1/2" down the throat of the comp discharge. Going by my measurements anyway. I still have to and measure the flange when I get it delivered.
I'm following it in UPS tracking and it was in Edmonton last week but then it went to you guys in Calgary for some reason!
Yes Tate, might be tight trying to go back to the Scotty.

I used 3 1/2in pipe on mine, and the it matched up not to bad. Tates are 4in, you could just use a flex hose and go from the fitting to the air tube. I welded that fitting to the 3 1/2in, on mine (ok to clearify some, Brett did the welding)
The S475 compressor air intake line is 5in. The air tubing goes from the S475 compressor discharge goes into the inlet of the S362 compressor housing, I used 3 1/2in. The compressor outlet coming out the S362, will be 3in, going into the intercooler. It will become very tight with air tubes, you might have to run the S475 air intake tubing first, just so you can rig up a tube into the scotty. It will get very busy under the hood with air tubes.
Parts coming
Got some short radius 3"elbows from Cummins while I was in Edmonton over the weekend. Also got a 5" dia 45* for the exhaust and a 3" elbow with 16" legs to complete the cold pipe. And an intake hump reducer to try and get my Scotty 2 to work with the 5" s475 intake.
Also heard from UPS. They wanted the 50.00 brokers fee before releasing my flanges to Canada Post to get it the rest of the way here.
That was an error on the part of the shipper that Race Part Solutions uses. They were supposed to come regular mail.
I called Darin and he said no problem and immediately refunded my credit card the 50 clams! Outstanding customer service.
Also hit up Greggs for some brass fittings and a chunk of braided stainless flex hose that is good up to 230* C. I'm hoping that is enough to allow it to survive as a drain near the turbine housing.

Just to remind you that you can get exhaust pieces like short 3in, long radius 3+4 and 180's from NAPA. As for 5in stuff, go to a big rig shop that does truck exhaust systems for parts. I bought about 3-5in exhaust down pipes from Source, just cause of the border BS and shipping BS.
