Luke buddy, get the head back? How did it look? If you can't make the dyno day, you should try to port match as much as you can. I'm out of time to slap together my homemade twins. I can do it but I hate to driving my truck up to Edmonton with no miles on her, I hate walking. I just got my liquid to air intercooler in, its pretty sweet unit. I can't have it together for the dyno met but by the following weekend...heh it could be in service shortly. The air tubes are actually easier with the new intercooler so its gonna be a easy to put in. I have to visit wreckers and pick up a small radiator of some sort.

Very NICE!!!!!! I want to make the sexy time!!!!!

.047" stainless rings, 80 pound PDR racesprings, valve job, new guides and seals, head decked and good to GO! .020" over head gasket going in as well.

Top gun coatings Ceramic "Titanium" ( good to 2000* with lifetime guarantee)

it is an actual army green/blue type color........there are no other color options with the Titanium. So not sure how well the pics will show it.......actually the pics suck with the sunlight. Its a pretty cool color.

Looks good. I'll be interested to know how your coating works for you. Would you PM me what all the headwork was worth? I'll be following some of your footsteps shortly (hopefully not the ones involving catastrophic failure of headgasket).

Luke, here are that you pics requested. The HX-40 on the left is a PDR unit and the one on the right is off a cummin 8.3L APU/generator turbo. The compressor wheel is slightly smaller and there is more blades than the PDR unit.

One day we should try a larger BTH-3B turbine housing on your truck and see what happens. I should have my current one off my truck fairly soon.
