I have one almost together does that count?
Fresh right out of the machine shop. Lots of new parts inside. It will done in two weeks. Balanced/blueprinted, good parts and there is no sleeves installed.
Hate to tease, but I might even have a few newer engines available 24v, 5.9CR and 6.7L stuff.

That easy, but why...
I just like tighter than the norm tolerances on machining stuff up. Blueprinting is just bring everything in spec, basic engine stuff.
Balancing is, just cause I believe in it. Other than the Haisley rod bolts, and colt stage 3 camshaft, its stock. The head is a fresh new 12v, oringed and ported. Valves have been unshrouded and cleaned up. 370 marine pistons.
How quick do you need an engine? Probably turn around your existing engine pretty quick. The machine shop is pretty slow right now.
The engine is going to be my spare truck engine, so the block is a VP block, non 53 casting. It can go into either a 12v truck or a VP truck.
SDX 90's or 140's for injectors.
180HP P7100 pump, 4gsk, and other magic stuff
No common rail parts will be hurt in this project...all old school stuff...

The guy would like one By next week ... I just realized its Friday though
Ohhh don't get me wrong I believing in balancing/blueprinting too. there Are two machine shops up here that do motors , I am quizzing them on honing out my block ..... They say the y do Cummins but kinda Leary. One did com recommended in Inisfail but going to talk to a guy who may know more about their work

If you need machining, I can get an engine done by next week. I have enough engines laying around, we can just use one of mine for the core as its already striped down. My block will be done on Monday. Probably get it done next week if it needs to. I have a 90 and 97 block laying around somewhere.
Sorry for the rant, some guys just don't believe in blueprinting/balancing. Yes the factory balance is good enough for most people but I can do better. Not that we have a better balancing machine, but I'm just using a tighter tolerance on what's exceptable. Blueprinting is just making sure everything is what it should be.
The crank is in good shape, I have standard mains bearings and standard rod bearings. The block past the pressure test and ultra sonic today.

Roxxx, just wanted to share with you. I weighed the rods and pistons. The VE has the lightest rods, pistons and wrist pins. Its actually quite abit difference. If I put one in your hand you could tell the difference.
Recorded weighs for rotating masses for a VE non IC, VP and 215 12V engines.
Figured out an easy way to reduce the rotating mass by 2kg's. I also dropped 4kgs off the crank.
The crank will be put on balance machine and adjusted.
Found out that my replacement pistons that I bought are standard size, I order 20 over pistons. I had to measure that one to figure it out.
I have one cylinder that will not clean-up for standard.
