Tire Pressure 3500 DRW question

I own a 2011 3500 DRW and I tow a fifth wheel with 3000# pin weight. I scale about 7000# on the drive wheels. I'm not concerned as I can scale 9350# on this axle but what tire pressure should I run? My tires say max inflation is 80psi loaded for 2835# max dual. My door stickers say 65psi max and 40psi light. I'm confused. I've always gone with tire manufacture in the past and had good luck tires. Any help is appreciated.

All tires are rated like this. Check the stamp on the tire side.
