Step Bars finally arrived

So I ordered the bars back on Dec 6th and the finally arrived last week and got them on. They are PUTCO 4" Stainless wheel to wheel step bars and I love them. This is the third set I have had. Had them on a 03 quad cab and a 06 mega cab. They have changed the design of the bars and the mounting brackets a bit but they are still quite sturdy. Be warned though they are not cheap, I paid just over 1200.00 installed.

Looks good, but $1200!?! What was the price before labor? For $1200 I would like to get some Amp Research steps.

That was the installed price. I know its up there but I like the bars. To the best of my knowledge Putco is to only one out there that makes a 4" wheel to wheel bar.

I'm Jealous.

I have a 2010 Laramie with the same paint as yours...except I have the Dodge step bars. I like yours much better. I'm 5'10" and all too often I would like to have the wheel to wheel bars to help me reach something in the bed or to help scrape the windshield....and yours just looks better.

Thanks 2010 Laramie,

I love them, they have been great so far and I am sure i will continue to be as this is the third set I have had on various dodge trucks.
May have to take them off in the future to cut the back of the bar when I go to bigger tires as there is only about 1 1/2 inches between the bar and the tire.

I really like my 4" Putco w/w bars, I have had the step pads come loose, tried re-gluing and found them loose again, maybe I'll try a self threading screw/s.

I purchased mine at realtruck.com, and installed myself, about 1/2 what the OP paid.
