Record Time from Order to Delivery!

Going to pick up my 2011 today. Ordered it Sept. 3rd. That's only 48 days from order to delivery. I was sweating the date because I have a 3/36 free maintenance offer that expires Nov. 1st. My 2011 4x4 CC LB SRW Laramie has the rearview camera, remote start, 4.10 gears, clearance lamps, cold weather package, and snow plow prep. It came in at $45,631 after all the rebates ($1500 + $500 bonus cash + $500 Farm Bureau) and before TTL. That's a little over $3,000 below invoice and $7500 off MSRP and I'm pretty satisfied with that. Throw in $1600 of free maintenance and I'm a smiling guy... I was pretty bummed out selling my 2001 yesterday but this definitely makes up for it a little...

Cool!
You guys and your great deals on pricing irk me (LOL) - I guess I should've waited 'til now to buy mine, as I bought when there wasn't many incentives/rebates/holdbacks/etc. (the fact that no one in my area had any Laramies didn't help either). Hope you enjoy yours as much as I enjoy mine! After all, no matter what you pay, whether or not you enjoy it is the real test of value.

On a side note: The GM pushed his Regional Manager pretty hard to bump up the production and the dealership had to give up a slot on another car, but I'm one happy camper. Truck is awesome and rides 100 times better than my old one. I also got an extra $1000 cash rebate that started just yesterday. That made my total $44,631 after all rebates and before TTL (Sorry about that, but it just means I get to take my wife out more often, heh, heh). Kudos to Wells Motor Company in Avon Park, FL. I highly recommend them! Even got to meet the owner and everyone was super nice and helpful. Stoked!

Here are pix they e-mailed me right off the trailer:

Hey if you get a chance tell me how you like it towing with the 4.10 gears. That is how my 11 Megacab Laramie is coming in December. Cant wait to tow with it. Nice truck!!

I don't know about towing, but it will sure chirp the wheels on acceleration! I'm pretty happy with the 4.10 choice so far. Nice pick up and drives pretty smoothly....

My last truck was white. I loved it. I always said I would get red again if it got a new one, but man, that white looks so good.

I thought long and hard about the blue and the metallic gray ones, but my last 3 trucks were white and I've kinda grown to love it. I also love the slate interior. Hate the payments, love the truck....
