Exhaust Service Required message
I was driving to work this morning and the littel ding-ding maching in the dash went off and displayed Exhaust Service required - See dealer now not sure why or what went wrong....
I am completely deleted running the H&S Mini Maxx. I tried to clear the code, but the MM said there were not codes to read.
Last week i changed from running MILD to MILD w/ TURBO on the MM... Could this have caused it?
Has anyone else had this issue, what were your findings?
Thanks in advance....

it si just a glitch, nothing to worry about. Sometimes it will go off on its own while running, or if truck sits for while off. Or, you can reload that tune and it should be gone.
Mine went away after sitting in parking lot at work all day.
Again, nothing to be alarmed with

Happened to me pulling my TH across the country. After 5 key cycles it went off, then came back for 1 key cycle. I'm running the Smarty Jr though. Couldn't clear it with the Smarty either.
Got the same EVIC message about two weeks ago, then again today. It has gone away after a few ignition cycles.
I was at my local dodge service just days before this first happened. They metioned that there was an ECU update for some incorrect error message. I still need to call them back and see if it is related to this "Exhaust service required..." message.
If it is related, I'm not sure how to go about getting a dodge ECU update without removing my delete pipe. Perhaps H&S will incorporate these updates into their next update?

Just had the same thing happen to me today @ 35,947 miles. Glad I found this post though! I was kind of worried, not any more. I was a couple versions behind (6.8.29) so apparently the 6.8.27 tune didn't fix the message?
We will see how the 6.8.31 works out.

Well mine just gave me the message but I'm bone stock and believe I may have an issue. For a while now the truck tends to lag and sputter really bad when taking off from a complete stop. up until the last month it is has been very random, maybe weekly. The past week has been pretty much daily. This morning it was every stop till I got to work. When I parked the message popped up. To add I had a check engine light pop up about a month ago. Can't remember the exact code but something to the affect of EGR valve being out of calibration or something. The check engine light went off on the same day.
That was my son's 2011 truck with I think 30,000km about 20,000ml. here is a pic of my 2011 with only about 7000km less than 4500ml all towing fairly heavy.

I forgot to mention if you do pull it off have another gasket handy as the gasket is glued to the cylinder head.
