Body Lift or Suspension???

Ok, So I want to jack my truck up a little, but don't offroad really at all, as I live in Dallas. On occasion I will take it off road.

What do you guys think I should go with? A suspension lift or body lift? Haven't found any body lifts that are for 2010+ and haven't looked much into suspension lifts.

Any thoughts or suggestions are appreciated, Thanks

do a leveling kit with 35" tires. stay away from bodylift (got the t-shirt ). I am going with a Thuren leveling spring, fox remote res shocks, 20" wheels with 4.5" backspacing and 35" E rated tire.

Hmm... That sounds do-able. How much does one cost and does it put any unwanted stress on the suspension parts and steering?

And what parts do I need to go with the level kit?

cbrahs... Before you do that though, I want you to do a full delete, then get back on the dyno, so I can see what my truck is at HP and Torque wise :P

your killin me lol... shock quote I got from Thuren was $1250. springs are like $330, adjustable track bar $339, tires (the ones I want) $450 each, wheels $300 each.

I will get deletes done here soon and get more dyno time. I might have to make a trip to texas to have a buddy do firerings and new headgasket, drink some, install studs, drink some more. could be a good weekend! LOL

Make a trip to Dallas

I found out that when doing my deletes, drinking adds about an hour for every normal hour spent working on your truck. And then you risk forgetting something and misplacing tools
