BD Throttle Sensitivity Booster?

Any opinions? I know all it does is change the sensitivity of the TPS, but would like a little extra go at low throttle w/o a tuner. Too new for that.

Thanks

What's the point? The total amount of power hasn't changed at all. Why not just push the pedal a little farther?

The torque management system will probably just override any additional power.

Yes I know, there is no additional power, So the torque management system shouldn't be affected. At least in theory. I just would like a little snappier throttle response, like my 05 had.

I’ve been running my BD TSB for about 3.5 years now. I have it set at 50%.
I like the fact that it puts more throttle at the front of the pedal. Truck doesn’t feel like a slug off the line.
My truck is WAY more responsive. I have taken a few trucks out while mines been in for service.
Absolutely, there is a difference in performance!
I don’t care if people think it’s all in my head. I know it’s different!
I highly recommend it.

I agree with Dogpatch, it really spools the turbo a lot faster and you really feel the Get up and go difference. I got mine from BD Diesel

I have the Amp’d throttle booster from Edge on my 17. One of my favorite mods so far. My 5.9 was semi-built and the Smarty made the throttle super sensitive so I got used to that feel. The Amp’d makes my 6.7 feel similar so I’m right at home. And I’m in northern CA and have all my emissions still and my truck passes smog on level 5 Juice/attitude and level 3 Amp’d. Highly recommend that combo if you have an intact truck

Throttle sensitivity does work , no extra power just quick response. Also, do not buy K&N air filter, stock filter is meant to be and is good for a good running diesel.
