Tire Pressure Sensors

If I don't have tire pressure sensors on my 2015 will it cause any issues other than me not being able to monitor the pressure on the dash?

On the wife's Yukon, if the pressure sensor is missing or not communicating then it just shows an error but that's it. Kind of annoying though as it scrolls it all of the time on the info center. Not sure if these trucks will do the same.

Not sure what you are asking? I thought 3500's did not have TPMS and that's what's in your sig.
If for some reason you have TPMS and you remove them then you will get a message in your evic, it does not effect operation in any way.

I have a 2014 3500 and I have the TPMS and had a faulty sensor and it showed on my EVIC so I presume it would be the same if you removed them.

Not planning on removing them so to speak, but I have two sets of tires and rims. One set doesn't have them. Just wanted to make sure other than the message it wouldn't affect anything else.

Well guess I learned something today , I thought due to the 3500's load capacity, Gw, gvwr, or something along those lines left it exempt from needing TPMS.

It's an option but not required maybe?

When we bought our 2014 dually it wasn't an option I could get rid of... not sure if the government requires it or Dodge just decided to add them... but they're on it.

On a side note, there is a current recall on the TPMS sensors for our trucks. Apparently some of the sensors are prone to malfunction so Dodge is replacing all of them with newer models. I discovered that at the dealer the other day - went in for a state inspection and he told me about it. Wasn't too keen on them dismounting all my tires that afternoon, so I declined and told him I'd wait until I had an issue. He said I could have it done anytime prior to the warranty running out at their expense... afterwards it will be at my expense... got a couple years left to decide.

I agree, I'll wait until I need new tires to get it done.
