can't find plug for block heater

can't find plug for block heater

I know i have a block heater but cant find plug its supposed to be on right side by tow hook? did some trucks not come with the cord? ive only had the truck 2 days but it is like 12 deg out side id realy like to plug it in

Cord

You are correct some models did not come with the cord (heater is there though). I bought my truck out of Florida and it did not come with one either... probably wont get one as I live on the coast of NC. I believe they are cheap and easy to install. Maybe check Geno's Garage website-

Up about 6" and attached to the passenger side radiator support..

its definitely not there. genos has it but it says its only up to 09 but I'm sure there the same. Where does it plug into the block?

got the cord went to instal it and guess what .................. it there allready thats is what u get when looking for something in very very cold conditions.

So if someone wants a brand new cord let me know ill sell it to them
