Just got a 1996, where is the block heater plug?

Just got a 1996, where is the block heater plug?
Can someone guide me to which side and where the block heater plug is? My 1997 Ferd Power Joke has it hanging right out of the grill. (Maybe because they need plugged in more..)

I should be behind the pass. side head light. Pop the hood and look left and you should see it.
