Question What do I need at 45K on a 03/3500???

I will be taking the truck in tomorrow for it's 45K services . The question is what does it really need? Back at 30K it had the trans/difer/oil and all done. I change oil & air filter about every 5K and the fuel filter at 10K. There as been no problems noted with the truck and I want to keep it that way. Daily drive is 20 miles RT and a monthly pull of about 300 miles with a 10,000 pound TT. I am not a machanic and usually hurt myself if I think about doing the maintenance myself , so the dealer is the only real choice, besides that they have not screwed anything up yet that I know about . Your comments and suggestions are requested. Thanks.

I would check the valve clearances.

Why do you say this, it's my understanding that they don't need to be done until it reaches 150,000 miles and he only has 45,000 miles on it?

This was just recently discussed here :

only a few weeks ago.

At 42k miles, my valve specs were all over the place (post #22).
