Like I said earlier, Texas is different than most other states in that they don't use certificates, but I think that you are correct, in Colorado you need to get a certificate from your county Farm Bureau office.

Arizona too. I just received mine to purchase the new 3500 Friday.

In Arizona need to wait 30 days after joining before they will issue it.
