Has any one else had trouble with there Air Control panel? When I switch to the different Settings sometimes I have to move in back and forth a few times to get it to set where I want it. Really is a pain going from the floor to the Defrost.

 

Sounds like a sticky vent door or a loose vaccum line. If they even still use vaccum lines.
