The first time I ran ULSD the many tanks before averaged 18.35 ( hwy mpg) with LSD and with the ULSD my mpg dropped to 15.8-16.04 mpg and with the high prices we have to pay I would like to have that 2+ mpg back.

Another one here getting less power and mileage with ULSD.

Gee, I get less power, less fuel economy and I pay more for it! What a deal!

I took a trip to Ohio pulling my enclosed with 2 atv's not much weight, about 7000lbs. In Canada we only get ULSD and on the way down I averaged 10.5 mpg. Filled up down there with #2 LSD and 13 mpg from there on back to Canada untill I filled up with ULSD and BAM 10.5 average again.

I switched to K-1 with motor oil mixed in and I get the same mpgs as with ULSD. (offroad of course) K-1 is $3.25 a gallon vs $4.79

No real difference that I can see. Of course, I'm driving slower and driving less these days.
