Big Oil,
Check out www.frontier-gear.com. Look at the Front Bumper category (not the Xtreme category) I have a full front and rear replacement from them...came with the truck. The front weighs in at 182lbs. I like it far better than alot of designs because it does not extend gratuitously far forward and completely shields the intercooler, as it does extend pretty far down. Also, it has inserts for fog lights, which is nice. The craftsmanship is superb. As to the price, I am not sure. I'll work on getting pics up.

I would go TDK. hard to beat. Frontiers are great also. We run them on our whole fleet.

I am partial to the Denver Off Road bumper. Mine has been on for over 200k now and it still looks as good as the day I bought it. All aluminum 1/2 and 3/8 thick. Is relatively light (135lbs) compared to a comparable steel bumper and works well. I hit a good size buck last year at 70mph just right of center the only thing I had to do was scrap off some hair. There was zero damage to the bumper or the truck. Will take a 15k winch and room for air horns behind it as well. In the link below mine looks like the 01 safari pictured except mine is powdercoated black.

This is a TC Evolution I worked on a deal with "kustom Koncepts" on getting it for 1150 + 175 powder coat fitment is awesome and I love the fact that the light guards wrap around the whole front fenders. It's right at 200lbs
