I'm stuck on this one!!!!!

I currently had to remove my Floor It DIY CP3 kit off my truck due to a bad FCA. I called John 8 months ago for a replacement and he said no problem and was going to send me a replacement along with a different cascade valve to try. Well, today is here and I still have no replacement FCA. I have no problem paying for a new one, I just want a new one!!!! He won't answer my phone calls or emails. Now I'm a very patient guy and I don't bash good people(John) but this is unacceptable!!!!! This leads me to buy an Arson Kit from Shane which I don't want to as that's another $400.00 that i could put towards something else. The FCA can't cost that much?? If I knew it was going to be this bad, I would have just bought the Arson because Shane answers anytime i text or email him. Again, this is not a Floor It bash I just want my Floor It DIY kit back on my truck for my twins.

What would you folks do???? Thanks for and suggestions....

 

**** on him. id throw that in the garbage and deal with someone that wants ur business. too many people these days pullin that stuff. and id tell all ur friends about it too. people wanna take ur money but dont stand behind their product or even answer the dam phone for that matter!

I'm just so disapointed as I have been very patient for 8 months and haven't lost my cool yet!!! John is so awesome to talk to on the phone and all I want is the small parts that I need. The cost is so minimal too for these parts....

 

You don't have to be mad at him in order to take your business elsewhere. If he's that busy you probably won't be missed.

 

So what you're saying is make another $400.00 purchase from someone else and throw away the Floor It Kit? That seems like giving away my money for nothing....

I'm not fully aware of your situation but I think if it were my money I'd gladly pay for it twice after 8 months of waiting. Actually I probably wouldn't have been patient enough to wait half that long in the first place.

 

I Agree with you man, thats like giving away 100 gals of diesel. Not cool.

 

Ya, I'm not into giving away my $$. That's less money towards my sweet twin set-up!!

 

I've got a spreadsheet of parts I want along with cost and various vendors prices. I also have notes on who to avoid and such from either my own experiences or others. I added a note about Floor It! Thanks for the heads up!

 

John got me all taken care of. New parts are in and all issues are gone. Truck runs like a million dollars. Thanks again to John at Floor It!!!!
