I understand. I wasn't running down "you" or the techs on here...
I've just had some bad experiences with the techs in this area. It's a shame we couldn't go get the parts from the dealer and take them home and fix our trucks if the tech sucked. Sorry if I offended anyone. I didn't mean to.

It's cool no offence taken, not everyone is a great tech and I am not claiming to be either, I am a tech who wants to learn all the time.
