Tranny Gauge Question
Tranny Gauge Question
Iv got a slight prob with my Isspro tranny gauge.
Ossasionally, it will work fine then go to zero
then work ok.
It acts like it loses power for some reason.
Any ideas as to what would cause this or how to fix it?
Possible faulty sender?
Thanks.

mine does the same, except it will read the actual temp of the tranny fluid- then fly over to the high side of the gauge and do this for a few minutes then settle back down to the correct temp. it is a problemw ith the ground wire... same with yours, check your ground wire. if you check/fix the ground and you find it still does it. call the company you got the gauges from and have them send you a new one, isspro covers it.
I was hoping it was something as simple as that.
If I remember right, the shop that installed the gauges, used the same ground lug for all the gauges.
All of the others work fine.
Thanks for the idea, Ill check it out.
