Superlift 2" Springs

Has anyone installed the Superlift 2" springs on their 4wd? Do they give you a true 2" lift.

If your talking about the D25 springs, a buddy of mine just put them on last week. He's got a 2005 3500SRW shortbox and it seemed to lift his front as much as my 2" leveling spacers. They don't change the bumpstops, so the truck could still bottom out at the same level. They do seem to ride better yet resist bottoming out as easy as the stock springs.

I had some put on in May '04. Really wish I had measures before they installed them. I'd say they brought the front up a solid 1.5" if not a full 2".

I have installed them on my new truck. I think that they give a good ride and aren't that difficult to install. My only question is that those who have installed these springs have you also installed longer shocks? Mine sound like they are maxing out when going too fast over large bumps or Speed bumps? Would you recommend purchasing the longer shocks.

All the shock charts show 0-2" hight as stock size shocks (both Superlift & Bilstein). Apparently there is no need to get different length shocks.

There was actually a post with new information on 2" longer Billstein 5100's. I'll try looking for it

Do you need some kind of install kit with the D25 Superlift springs? I was quoted $199 for the springs and $349 for the install kit (the Superlift Shocks were another $45 each, but I don't think I'll go with those).

Thanks...before checking back here again, I called Superlift. They said all that is needed is the 4620 Kit, which is the springs and bump stops only. No install kit is needed. MSRP is $270.00.
