I know no one wants to talk about the evil black cloud. But I am worried if I have problems. My truck is an 04 afe stage 2 turbo back pipe with magniflow muffler. I can set my Jr on 3 boy does it scoot but absolutely no smoke. The guy I bought the smarty jr from was horribly smokey. My truck seems to pull harder than his did but I don't even make a haze. Stock dodges my trucks age make more smoke. Do I have a problem??? Sorry to talk about it but just wondering.

Did you update the tune for your truck?
Tuning has gotten much more efficient and cleaner over the years.

I just back from running all over Arizona and only saw a small puff once when cold starting in 31 deg weather.

The Jr is on 5.12 (they really have cleaned the tunes up i guess). I was looking at the turbo a little closer, My truck has a 4" downpipe and 4" cast elbow on it. I cannot find a tag on the turbo to see if it is a hy35 or if they have changed to a different turbo. It is a holset, the only thing I can see is BE31 on the face of it. (used trucks are a like a big puzzle.)

Sorry, I meant the older ones won't download from the archive site. 512 is the oldest tune that's archived and downloadable from there.
